Happy 1st Birthday GAVIN!!!!!!!

Gavin is ONE!! We had a terrific day with friends & family celebrating Gavin's first birthday! A BIG thank you to all for coming and for the wonderful gifts!!

Backyard BBQ

It was 90 degrees this past weekend, so we took full advantage of the weather and barbequed and hung out in our back yard. Gavin enjoyed eating outside and sharing his food with Summit! After dinner, we lounged in the hammock. A perfect evening!!

Gavin and I went with my mom to visit Gavin's great grandparents in Arizona...It was beautiful weather and Gavin loved playing in the sand/pool...he was unsure of the sand at first, so he ate a little, then he was sold!!!

gavin got some new flip flops...at first he would kick his feet until they came off, then he was okay with wearing them...so we thought we'd break them in at the park...he was barefoot almost immediately after we arrived!!

EASTER

What a fantastic Easter Sunday!!...our celebration started with a great Easter service at church, then we headed home for the EGG HUNT and EASTER BASKET...(naptime for Gavin)...next we went to Nana & Papa's for a BBQ with the Hart family (which included another egg hunt and more baskets full of goodies)...a very fun day with perfect sunny weather...and Gavin ended his first Easter Sunday with a "dyed" bath...Happy Easter everyone!

the weather has been perfect here, so we spend most of our time outside...Gavin loves the grass and finds every leaf and flower he can...he did manage to get one piece of grass in his mouth that I could not retrieve...good protein, right?

Without fail Gavin comes into the kitchen and finds the cupboard with the salad spinner....it ALWAYS ends up on his head!!!
